Pangbourne House Hall Hire

Facilities

• 12.2m x 6.2m hall with 10 children’s tables (adjustable height so can become higher)

• Big disabled loo with nappy-changing facilities

• Small kitchen – dishwasher, small fridge, microwave, kettle, cups. (please bring your own tea/coffee)

• CD player for your own CDs & tapes

• No outside space

• No waste disposal – rubbish must be taken at the end of the party, please bring your own bin bags

• How many children fit?

  There are tables and chairs for around 25 children and benches for adults to sit on around the room. (Instructions on how to operate the tables’ height settings can be found in the kitchen).
  Toys or play equipment will not be available for use during your party.

• Times

  The hall can be rented on Saturdays & Sundays.

• Rates

  £240 for 4 hours.  Extra hours at £60 per hour.
  Full payment is required at the time of reservation.
  We are unable to refund cancelled parties.

• Cleaning

  The hall must be left as found at the end of the party. All rubbish must be taken at the end of the party.

  You will find cleaning utensils including a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket in the kitchen. We will also provide floor and surface cleaners.
  You can decorate the hall, but please do not use sticky tape anywhere on the walls or windows. Tie with string or use white blue tac.

• Lights

  When you leave, please turn off all lights in the hall, loo and kitchen. Lights in the entrance operate on a sensor and cannot be switched off.
